OUR STORY
Playary emerged from the idea of creating a space where content could be explored more freely. Switching from music to a podcast, then continuing with an audiobook... We wanted all of this to be possible seamlessly, effortlessly, and in one place. We built a platform that doesn't limit the user, is simple, and always accessible. Today, we continue to grow with this very idea.
December 2017
An Idea Becomes Reality
The foundations of Playary were laid in December 2017. At that time, the idea of bringing together different types of content—from music to podcasts, audiobooks to series—on a single platform emerged. To make content discovery easier for users and offer a rich experience catering to every taste, the first steps were taken towards creating a modern and innovative platform.

Introducing Films
To enhance content diversity, Playary incorporated the film category into the platform. With this step, users' access to various types and styles of content was expanded. Playary began to enrich not only in listening experiences but also in visual content.
October 2018
Playary for Artists Launched
In October 2018, the Playary platform, specially designed for artists, was launched. This allowed creators to easily upload and manage their content, gaining the opportunity to be closer to their followers. A new digital space was created for artists and creators.
February 2019
Expanding Content with Podcasts
In February 2019, numerous podcasts across various categories were added to Playary. With podcasts diversifying in technology, education, entertainment, health, and many other fields, users' audio content experience was enriched. Now, everyone can easily discover and listen to podcasts that suit their interests.

Playary for Podcasters Launched
In February 2019, the Playary platform, specially designed for podcasters, was made available. Audio broadcasters met this new space where they could easily upload and manage their content and directly connect with their listeners. Thus, new opportunities began for creative voices in the podcast world.
October 2021
Playary Officially Incorporated
In October 2021, Playary strengthened its corporate structure and became an official company. With this step, more solid foundations were laid for the platform's sustainability and growth, and the goal of providing more professional services to its users and content creators was reinforced.

The Playary family expanded with new talents. With our increasing number of employees, we combined our strengths to further develop our platform, improve user experience, and increase our content diversity.

Playary for Artists Redesigned
Playary was completely redesigned to offer a user-friendly experience for our artists. With easier access, enhanced features, and an intuitive interface, it's now much more practical for our artists to manage and share their content.

Playary for Podcasters Redesigned
To better serve our podcast broadcasters, the Playary podcast platform underwent a comprehensive redesign in January 2025. With improved tools and a simplified design, managing your content and building stronger connections with your listeners is now much easier.
Q1 2025
Playary Applications Redesigned
All Playary platforms, including the web player, desktop, and mobile applications, were completely redesigned in the first quarter of 2025. Interfaces and performance were fully optimized to provide a faster, more stable, and user-friendly experience. Necessary steps were taken to make using Playary on every device much easier and more enjoyable.
